100% funding* for Loft and Cavity Wall insulation
We can do the work through ECO, a government-backed grant scheme set up to improve the energy efficiency of the homes that need it most.
ECO grants (Energy Company Obligation grants) are funded by the big energy suppliers — British Gas, EDF Energy, E.ON, nPower, Scottish Power, SSE, First Utility, Ovo Energy and Co-Operative Energy.
Lower energy bills and a warmer home
The grants reduce household energy waste, warm up homes and cut UK carbon emissions.
If you’ve often turned off the heating to keep the bills down, an ECO grant could help. Contact us now to ask about a no-obligation home energy assessment.
We can answer your ECO questions
What is an ‘ECO grant’?
ECO (Energy Company Obligation) is a UK grant scheme that aims to make energy efficiency improvements free or more affordable for householders.
ECO grants are funded by the big energy suppliers as part of their commitment to reduce energy waste, cut UK carbon emissions and warm up homes for vulnerable people.
How do you qualify for ECO funding?
InstaGroup’s no-obligation home energy survey, carried out by our qualified surveyor, can tell you more.
We can find out if your home could benefit from insulation or other home energy efficiency improvements.
We’ll also need to ask a few questions about your current circumstances, to see if you could get an ECO grant to fund your insulation.
If you qualify, we can apply for an ECO grant on your behalf and will liaise with your landlord if necessary.
Can I get a government grant for my home insulation?
Free Loft insulation and Cavity Wall insulation are available, but only for people who are living in a property that is owned or rented privately, and who are receiving Child Tax Credit and/or any of the other benefits shown below.
